Semester 1 Health Talk - Pain and Soreness (112.12.06)

The main causes of pain and soreness in the body are high physical load, incorrect posture or maintaining the same posture for a long period of time, personal characteristics, and psycho-social factors, which can be improved through stretching exercises. Good health is the only way to have a good life. Therefore, physiotherapists were invited to teach teachers and students how to do self-stretching exercises at home to relieve pain and achieve relaxation, not only to learn the skills themselves, but also to promote what they have learnt to their families and the community, creating a healthy campus environment.
