According to Article 3 of the Ministry of Labour's "Labour Health Protection Rules", schools are required to participate in the promotion of workplace safety and hygiene through the deployment of healthcare professionals such as labour health services, regularly assisting schools in the implementation of health management issues, intervening in the prevention of psychological or musculoskeletal disorders to provide health consultation and services, strengthening the assessment and management of workers at high risk for occupational health, and proposing improvement measures for the hazards of physical and mental health factors affecting the staff within the organisation, in order to maintain the physical and mental health of the staff and to prevent the occurrence of occupational illnesses.
