Human behavior contributes to extreme climates, destroys the habitats of living creatures, and affects the production environment of crops. In this seminar, Fuqi Chuang (Lucky Weed), a promotional lecturer of The Wilderness Society, was invited to share with the students that learning to choose ingredients wisely and cooking with energy can not only protect biodiversity, but also change the climate change. We hope to establish the concept of delicious and environmentally friendly meals in our campus life, effectively reduce our carbon footprint, and work together to protect the earth!
