The Department of Health of Tainan City Government is openly soliciting applications for the "Maintenance of Community Nutrition Education Demonstration Sites" project.
(1) According to the "112th Annual National Health Administration Subsidy to Counties and Cities for Integrated Prevention and Delay of Disability Program - Sub-project 2 - Integrated Prevention and Delay of Disability Program for the Elderly - Work Item 3 - Community Nutrition Promotion Center".
(2) Please submit three copies of the project form and one electronic file to the National Health Division of the Bureau (No. 163, Dongxing Road, Sinying District, Tainan City, 730, Taiwan) by April 25, 112 (Tuesday) (postmarked) for consolidation, and then delegate the application after approval.
