I.In accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare's 2030 AIDS Elimination Phase I Plan and the Department's AIDS Self-Screening Program.

II.In order to increase the accessibility of HIV screening services for young people and to provide HIV screening services for those in need, the Department has been conducting the "School HIV Self-Screening Promotion Campaign" since November 1, 2022, and has extended the campaign until December 31, 2023, due to the widespread response to the campaign.

(1) Target: Students enrolled in high school or above (limited to one application per person).

(2) Activity Period: Starting from November 1, 2022 and extending to December 31, 2023 (limited quantity of reagents are available while supplies last).

(3) Application and redemption of free reagent e-voucher.

1、Register as a member (anonymously): Go to the AIDS self-screening website (https://gov.tw/vBg), fill in the E-mail address and set the password, and go to the E-mail address to receive mail and verification (you can register as a member by E-mail other than the school's E-mail address).

2、Verify your school identity: After logging in, click "Campus Free Reagent Electronic Redemption Coupon Promotion", enter your school e-mail address (edu.tw) and complete verification.

3、Redemption of reagents: Within the period of use of the e-redemption coupon (within 3 months), go to the Aids self-screening reagent distribution points, including physical channels or online ordering supermarket pick-up channels (logistics fee of $45 must be paid) to exchange one reagent.

III.It is recommended that people who have had sex should be screened for HIV at least once; people who have unsafe sex should be screened at least once a year; if there is a continuous risk of infection (such as sharing needles, multiple sexual partners, combined use of addictive drugs, infection with STDs, etc.), it is recommended to be screened once every three to six months.
