The Tainan City Government is scheduled to conduct an inspection on August 29, 111 (Mon). We sincerely request each unit to send staff to inspect the dengue fever prevention work in the area under their responsibility regularly and after the rain, such as cleanliness of indoor and outdoor environment, proper storage of outdoor containers, etc., and make sure to fill out the "Checklist for Removal of Dengue Fever Vector Mosquito Breeding Sources" online to implement the campus prevention work such as no accumulation of water in containers and elimination of vector mosquito breeding sources. In order to avoid penalties.
Dengue fever prevention and control precautions are as follows.
(1) All units and departments are urged to thoroughly implement the "inspection, emptying, cleaning and brushing" of offices and departmental buildings.
*"Patrol" - Inspect frequently and carefully the containers that may accumulate water inside and outside of offices, meeting places, and classrooms.
Pouring" - Pouring the accumulated water on the road or in the soil so that the sunlight can directly expose it to eliminate the breeding sources of vector mosquitoes.
*"Clean" - Reduce unnecessary containers and dispose of discarded or unused items or place them properly in the indoor space.
Brush" - remove the eggs of the mosquitoes and do not accumulate water for mosquitoes.
(2)Note on dengue fever prevention and control campus cleaning:
1. When performing cleaning work, you should wear light-colored long-sleeved trousers, mosquito repellent, mask and gloves before tidying up the environment.
2. Pregnant employees should not perform cleaning work to avoid mosquito bites.
3. Please check the area in charge of the unit every day to see if there is any stagnant water.
4.After it rains, we will carry out general cleaning again according to the assigned area.
5. If the school is fined by the health unit, the business expense of the area in charge will be paid.
