近期登革熱疫情持續升溫,請確實落實環境管理及孳生源清除工作,以避免登革熱流行疫情發生。

一、近日颱風或大雨,造成部分地區積水或環境中積水容器增加,加上全臺氣溫炎熱,適合病媒蚊生長,登革熱流行風險大幅增加。為避免登革熱流行疫情發生,請持續確實辦理以下防疫措施:

(一)依傳染病防治法第36條規定,民眾於傳染病發生或有發生之虞時,應配合接受主管機關之檢查、治療、預防接種或其他防疫、檢疫措施。爰各地方政府各級流行疫情指揮中心開設後,經防疫指揮官或衛生主管機關指示,有關特定風險場域之公、私場所之所有人、管理人或使用人應限期完成之防治工作,不得拒絕、規避或妨礙。

(二)務請校內各責任區負責人員、巡檢人員依學校所訂登革熱防治相關計畫及「登革熱病媒蚊孳生源自我檢查表」,落實校園環境巡檢,並加強落實權管房舍、空地、空屋、公共工程工地及設備設施之環境管理;另專責人員每週應定期或不定期巡檢積水容器或積水區,雨後或曾發現陽性孳生源之熱點及校園內工程施工之場所,應加強派員巡查及清除病媒蚊孳生源。

(三)請積極配合各地方衛生單位的清消工作及稽查作業,如經地方政府環境查核結果發現有病媒蚊孳生源時,請即電話告知本部,並於改善完成後回報本部、衛生單位及教育主管機關,以避免疫情擴散蔓延造成防疫破口。

(四)另權管土地及房舍,如使用現況為出租,務請要求承租人落實環境管理,並於契約或相關通知文書中,明確告知承租人有關環境管理及孳生源巡檢之應負義務與傳染病防治法相關規定。

(六)有關登革熱相關衛教資訊與最新疫情,請至衛生福利部疾病管制署全球資訊網(http://www.cdc.gov.tw)參考瀏覽。另如有登革熱防疫相關問題,可逕洽當地各級指揮中心(區公所、清潔隊、衛生所)協助。

(七)請教育部國民及學前教育署協助督導及轉知高級中等以下學校,確實配合各地方政府之各項防疫措施。

(3) Please actively cooperate with the cleanup and inspection operations of local health units. (4) The land and buildings are separately managed.
