The second semester of the 109th school year, the Food and Beverage Hygiene Seminar was held on 110/03/18 (Thu) in the International Conference Hall, s305, Student Activity Center. Dietitian Ms. Lee Chi-Ning, the dietitian of the Southern District of the Family Convenience Stores-Mall Management Department, came to our school to educate us on the new knowledge of food poisoning and the law on the place of origin of pork, and she explained the law by using the examples of the daily life, so that the students, teachers and the restaurant businessmen were deeply impressed and gained much from the seminar. The event was a great success.
