We invited Mr. Lee Yuk-chun (Shun Chu-mu) from the Climate Change Team of The Wilderness Society to share with us. What do you eat for three meals? In choosing what to eat and how to eat it, you are already making choices that will affect climate change. Think about what actions you can take to reduce your carbon footprint through production and consumption, and work together to protect the planet! Human behavior contributes to extreme climate change, destroys the habitat of living creatures, and affects the environment for crop production. Through the lecturers' experience sharing, we will learn how to choose ingredients wisely and cook with energy saving, which will not only protect biodiversity but also change the climate change. We hope to build up the concept of delicious and environmentally friendly meals from campus life.
